Custom Color and/or Wig Policy

 

  • Your custom color and/or wig will take 1-4 weeks minimum. 

  • Custom color and/or wigs are paid in full at the time of consultation no exclusions.

  • Refunds and/or exchanges are not permitted for custom color/wigs.

BOOKING POLCY

  •  YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK.

  • $30 Booking fee is non-refundable transferrable and is considered as a 

    convenience fee for booking on the site. Unless I cancel the appointment for any other reason outside of the policy being broken the fee is non refundable.
  • Lace Closures, Frontals & Wigs must be dropped off 48-72 hours before appointment. Braking this policy may result in your appointment being canceled or subject to a $50 up charge. 
  • USED/PREVIOUSLY WORN LACE PIECES OR WIGS ARE NOT ACCEPTED! **Unless previously customized by me.**

  • NO EXTRA PEOPLE ALLOWED IN YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

  • YOU MAY NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN IN THE CAR DURNG YOUR APPOINTMENT.

 

 

 

CANCELATION POLICY

  • DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE 

  • NO CALL NO SHOW BOOKING WILL BE REVOKED.

LATE POLICY

  • If you will be more than 10 minutes please call or text 510-479-0765.

  • Clients later than 10 minutes with a no call or text will be considered no call no show.

  • Clients who are more than 10 Minutes late regardless of notice will be subject to a $25 late fee.

  • As a stylist I take pride in professionalism if I am running more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, regardless of notice, a $10 late fee will be deducted from your service.

All sales are final. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

 If you have an issue with a purchase made on this site please use the contacts section of this website and someone will get back to you within 48 hours of your message. You are encouraged to contact us within 7 Business days of purchase.

Processing time for all orders is expected to be 1-3 business days. Shipping time then falls after the payment has been processed with your bank.

 

Shipping time is expected to be 1-5 business days. If the postal carrier has unexpected delays outside of those time frames please contact that carrier with the tracking number provided as well as your shipping concerns being that once the tracking number has been provided shipping concerns is out of the hands of this website.
